Our journey began with the purchase of the technology assets of Chart-Tech, Inc. in April 2013, providing the foundation for Payer Compass’s VISIUM™ and BENCHMARK tools. Heeding market trends and our clients’ frustrations of piece-milling needed services, we sought out a partner who delivered high-touch, proven Patient Advocacy and Care Management services for plan members and their employers. By April 2015, Innovative Medical Risk Management, now known as CareValent, was folded into our team. Further pursuit to change the course of healthcare value and availability brought us to purchase Avedon Systems. Integrating Avedon’s capabilities yields an unprecedented opportunity to culminate all plan member data - Care Management services and Patient Advocacy efforts - with pricing data to deliver a TRUE COST OF CARE. With our sights set on the future of healthcare and the movement to value-based payment models, we are poised and ready to take it on with you.
